In the logistics industry, many key performance indicators (KPIs) are still collected manually and maintained in simple spreadsheet applications. This process requires considerable effort, introduces potential sources of error, and limits the further use and analysis of results. Moreover, complex relationships between KPIs are difficult to link, analyze, and visualize with conventional IT tools. The goal of this project is to develop a comprehensive dashboard using Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI that integrates, visualizes, and forecasts all relevant performance indicators. By automating data collection and visualization, the dashboard aims to improve data accuracy, enhance transparency, and support informed decision-making across logistics operations. This thesis is conducted in close cooperation with a logistics company from practical operations.
